BIO:
I am a High School teacher and coach and live in the Santa Clarita Valley. I am happily married (23 years) to my wife Kim, who supports and allows me to spend time doing what I love..fishing. I have 2 boys, Ryan 17 and Kaleb 13 who both like to spend time fishing with me. I have fished many different circuits and events including Anglers Choice, ABA, NBW, and Top Stick tour and have met some great people. I have numerous top 10 finishes and this past year won the AOY title for the Castaic Bass club for the second year in a row. I began fishing to gain knowledge and experience in the sport that I love and to honor the person that got me started in this great sport, my Great Grandfather!! Some of my favorite lakes include Castaic, Pyramid, Lopez, Santa Margarita, DVL and Perris. My biggest fish to date is a 9.8lb largemouth bass caught and released at Castaic Lake. I am currently the Vice President of the Castaic Bass club and I started the first High School Bass Club in the Santa Clarita Valley and envision a High School Bass league in the near future. My goal and hope is to give back to and to teach the next generation about this great sport.
